Our wholesale policies:
Minimum opening order: $250
Re-order: $100
Payment terms: Pre-paid by credit card, Paypal or check. We do not ship COD (cash on delivery).
Samples Request: We do not provide free sample. You pay MSRP when ordering samples (no minimum) and credit will be reimbursed when your wholesale order is placed. Please include your sample order number in your wholesale order.
Shipping terms: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges unless stated otherwise. We cannot determine the exact shipping charges until the order is packed and weighed. We will provide an estimate upon request, all estimates are subject to final billing and are not guaranteed.
Shipping insurance: All packages are insured for their full value, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Insurance is included directly in the shipping costs.
Damages/Packing Errors/Returns: Please contact Viverano within 2 days of receipt. All sales are final.
Drop Ship: We do not offer drop ship service at this point.
Viverano does not authorize the sale of our products online, or through any internet channels unless you are pre-approved .
No sales are permitted on 3rd party sales channels, eBay and deals / discount / flash sales sites.
Wholesale account will be terminated immediately if these policies are violated.
